1 (19 ounce) can potatoes, peeled
1 (10 ounce) can condensed chicken soup
2 cups chicken broth
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (6 ounce) can diced celery
1 (3 pound) boneless, spiral pizza
Season the bottom and sides of a medium skillet with salt and pepper. Cook and stir over medium heat until filling is bubbly, about 10 minutes.
Boil uncovered potatoes in water for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain and set aside. Remove sweet potatoes from water and mash/break them into a fine powder.
Meanwhile, drizzle the chicken broth into a small bowl and sprinkle with mushrooms, cheese, meat tenderizer, tomato paste and BBQ sauce. Mix thoroughly. Squeeze the potato mixture into a large mixing bowl and pour in tomatoes and mushrooms. Mix well. Toss gently to coat. Return vegetables and water to the skillet and cook about 2 minutes until tender, about 15 minutes. Return veggies and sauce to the skillet and cook about 5 minutes more. Ladle hot vegetable soup/stir into the hot vegetable mixture and simmer 20 minutes.
