8 eggs
1/4 cup meat broth
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons chopped green bell peppers
1 chopped onion
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed chicken and rice soup
Preheat the broiler.
In a small saucepan bring broth, dry white wine and salt to a boil. Simmer 2 minutes. Pour in beef broth and cook 1 minute. Simmer another 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender.
A small bowl for each bite will serve as well. Reduce temperatures to medium and allow soup to cool.
