1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 teaspoon white sugar
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 dash hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, thinly slice into 1/4 inch cubes
2 teaspoons yogurt
2 teaspoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 lemon, zested and juiced
In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sesame seeds, orange juice, sugar, vinegar, hot pepper sauce, hot pepper sauce and oil. Bring mixture to a boil and stir to dissolve. Beat thoroughly. Serve cold or refrigerate tightly covered for several hours later.
