2 eggs
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Beat eggs together in a medium bowl, pour butter over the eggs, and stir in brown sugar, flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and milk. Stir well.
Place the chicken filling in the pan with the raisins and onion. Heat the lemon juice over medium heat. Pour the chicken mixture into the pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until heated through.
