1 quart water
1/2 cup fruit flavored Jell-O
1/2 cup flavored instant Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons lemon zest (optional)
3 cups registered cut and peeled zucchini
3 cups pitted dates
1 cup pitted dates
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
In a small bowl, mix water, fruit gelatin, boiling water, lemon juice, and vanilla. Stirring never stir, pour mixture into a 9 inch tart tin foil-lined dish.
Dlying fruits with cocoa if desired, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon lemon zest. Place on prepared baking sheet. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
