Pioneer Potato Fluffy Gravy Recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs

1/4 cup milk

1/3 cup cold water

Directions

Remove the egg from the refrigerator and place it in a microwave oven safe bowl. Add milk, stir and add cold water. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Pour into sterilized, nonporous dishes and set microwave and temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and these were amazing...got all kinds of compliments on them. Will definitely make again...I fattened up on the sugar, used plain old bourbon, and kept the vanilla pudding kind. To write a review, I used Williams-Sonoma sauce which is almost as good as the recipes and is WAY too sweet. Cheaper way to make sauce though.
