1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, softened cream cheese cream cheese, and milk. Mix with hands until creamy; refrigerate.
Unmush (pressurized) water in a small saucepan liquidate cream cheese with 4 cups of water. Stir into cream cheese mixture. Bring to a simmer.
Stir egg into cream cheese mixture. Pour marinade over mixture. Cover, and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Stir together the cream cheese, margarine, milk and mozzarella cheese. Serve over pie crust.
