1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3/4 cup fresh chopped onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
3 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 ounce taco seasoning mix
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Saute onion and green pepper in oil for about 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, and stir in broth, seasoning, chicken bouillon, and taco seasoning. Stir well. Place in skillet with oil, turning once, until gravy is thickened. Serve warm.
