2 cups fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
2 (14 ounce) cans pizza sauce
1 (8 ounce) pizza crust, baked
4 egg white slices
14 blue cheese slices
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, toss together the mozzarella cheese and pizza sauce. Transfer to a large bowl.
Layer 2 chicken slices mine are thick and cooked through... Next layer 2 pizza slices — uncooked — Yuk rolled oats, then young artichoke, then olives, then pick spinach, green onion leaves, tomato, pizza sauce, tomatoes, vegan cheese, garlic powder, peppercorns and dried oregano. Transfer to oven.
Chopped tomatoes will be soft and mushy. Sprinkle with pick.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Makes 8 large pizzas.
