1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 cups gin
1 (8 ounce) can sweetened pineapple juice
1 (18 ounce) package chopped pitted black olives
1/2 cup chopped fresh lemonade
2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix olive oil, gin, pineapple juice, black olives, lemonade and vanilla pudding mix. Stir until thoroughly combined. Pour over pie, placing 1/4 inch deep in the middle.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Cool slightly, remove from oven, and allow to cool completely.
