1 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
6 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup cooked corn kernels
1/2 cup cooked rice
8 ounces cooked and diced ham
8 ounces cooked and diced ham, chopped
1 pound cooked Italian sausage, sliced
4 ounces cooked Italian sausage, sliced
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
8 ounces spaghetti
In a heavy saucepan, bring water and oil to a boil. Add green onions and corn. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until very tender and slightly crisp. Remove from heat and stir in rice and ham. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low; cook for 2 minutes or until rice is tender.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, sour cream, brown sugar, Cheddar cheese, spaghetti and ham (or sausage). Spread mixture over rice; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
