Chocolate Chip Banana Split Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoons baking powder

2 tablespoons margarine

2 eggs

3 bananas

1/4 cup chocolate syrup

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.

In a large bowl, cream together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, baking soda and baking soda until smooth. Beat in the margarine. Mix in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in bananas. Gradually beat in the chocolate syrup and pecans. Mix in the sugar, stirring just until. Gradually stir in the vanilla. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
