2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup butter
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Cut wheat into 2 inch pieces. Stir flour and baking powder together and set aside.
In a medium bowl, stir together milk, egg and butter. Stir flour mixture and milk mixture into bowl and pour into prepared muffin pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperatures to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and bake an additional 45 minutes. Sheets will be browned and crisp.
