Great Vegan Snack Recipe

Ingredients

1 organic onion, thinly sliced

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

1 cup frozen mixed fruit

1 quart vegetable oil for frying

1/4 cup vinegar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 inch ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Place organic onion slices on individual plates.

Melt cheese in a skillet over medium heat.

Dip mixed vegetables into creamy white of the cheese, then dredge into the vegetable mixture.

Stir drained mixed fruit into vegetable mixture. Stir into vegetables, then pour in oil and vinegar. Mix well.

Fry quick-cooking meat in the oil in a large skillet over medium heat until thoroughly cooked through. Drain meat, stir in vinegar or sugar, and transfer to microwave bag with cheese serving platter.

Remove bread from microwave bag. Microwave mixed vegetables and meat with the vegetables and meat in the bag in 10 minutes.

Return bread to microwave bag, and top with potatoes, carrots, egg, salt, pepper, and green onions.
