1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped strawberries
2 eggs, separated
1 (15 ounce) can sliced ripe strawberries
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, onion and strawberries. Beat eggs and pudding mix into the mixture. Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of pie comes out clean. Cool before serving.
