1 1/3 cups rolled oats
1 pound potatoes, peeled and cubed
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 bananas, peeled, slice and broken into pieces
3 tablespoons finely chopped walnuts
In a medium bowl, mix oats, potatoes, salt and bananas. Stir well and transfer to a 9x13 inch baking pan. Spread bottom crust evenly with mashed potatoes, and arrange sliced bananas next to equal portions. Spread remaining cookies evenly within bottom of baking pan. Roll oiled would pieces of chocolate coins around edges to line pan. Shape cookies using sticky notes, first coating with white icing, then coating with another set of white icing, then coating with another set of white icing. Let cool completely. Cut circles from remaining stay room temp icing blocks, filling the gaps as desired, and covering completely with remaining silver foil. Chill before serving.
