Melt on the Crust Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar

3 eggs

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup milk

1 1/4 cups vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

5 1/3 cups pizza sauce

2 tablespoons unsweetened lemon juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.

In a large bowl, stir together butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and flour. Mix until well blended. Stir mixture into butter mixture, spreading evenly into prepared pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Cool slightly before turning out of pan. Drizzle sauce over top of pie. Top with pizza sauce, lemon juice and pizza sauce.
