1 cup quick-cooking brown sugar
2 cups water
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoons liquid at room temperature
1 teaspoon salt
Heat brown sugar and water in cake mixer on low for 1 minute; stir. Remove from heat.
In a large bowl, beat eggs with electric mixer for about 4 minutes. Stir in milk, eggs, salt and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Stir until white is completely absorbed. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle top with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Chill 1 hour or longer before serving.
