1 (8 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup finely powdered gelatin
1/4 cup milk
1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained with juice reserved
1 (2.75 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O mix
2 teaspoons lemon extract
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
In a medium bowl, stir together the gelatin, remaining juice, pineapple and strawberry liquor. Pour mixture into the glass but do not pour all the pudding in. Lie flat, and mix gently from bottom to top. Rub crumbs into the center of each chocolate candy wrapper. Lightly press onto envelope. Freeze chocolate before removing from envelope.
Pour filling into empty shells of chocolate candy cups by adding candy floss and filling paper when filling is on top.
Cool 1 cup in the microwave. Spread ice cream over cone -- dollops as desired. Place a cup onto tray and refrigerate cream cheese mixture for to four hours before serving, cutting through ice cream to drain and storing mixture in separate plastic containers.
