1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
2 eggs
2 tomatoes, diced
1 cucumber, diced
2 cups carrots, diced
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 pinch salt
1 fresh lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, tomato paste, eggs, tomato, cucumber, carrots, celery and salt into a large mixing bowl. Blend well and pour mixture into a small resealable plastic bag. Chill for at least 2 hours, or overnight to blend flavors.
Remove bag from refrigerator, and pour mixture into a 8 of plastic bag. Decorate with lemon juice, Italian seasoning, parsley and paprika. Seal bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Garnish with fresh chopped strawberries and pecans. Store in refrigerator.
