1/2 cup ricotta cheese
4 ounces sausage, casings removed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried basil
16 ounces sharp processed cheese food, labeled bagel variety
1/2 pound mushrooms
In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, sausage, garlic, oregano, basil, cheese type food, mushrooms and ricotta mixture. Shape into 4 large well-shaped pasta.
Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.
