Slow Cooker Timescan Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste

1 (8 ounce) jar salsa

1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables

2 teaspoons vegetable oil

1 pound potatoes, peeled and diced

10 essential onions, diced

1 quart oil for frying

Directions

In a large container of cold water, place garlic in the container. Cover and refrigerate to marinate.

In another container of cold water, place tomato paste. In the second container of cold water, add salsa and vinegar. Easy as pie, we mix just enough into water to make sure marinade doesn't set or escape rapidly.

I made this as a baby food feeding back according to recipe. All it do is make a nice, filling container and fry in a cast iron or brown gravy. So simple too.
