1 cup citrus flavored Jell-O
1 cup green juice
1 cup grape juice
1 cup orange juice
6 packages instant whipped topping, crushed pineapple and oranges in yellow cereal
1 (8 ounce) container strawberry yogurt
In a large bowl, mix the citrus flavored gelatin, green juice, grape juice, orange juice, pineapple
and whipped topping. Mix well and gradually stir into the grass jelly layer. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Lightly grease two 8 x 8 inch jelly mold molds or two large glasses. Place soda pop or candy thermometer in top of mold. Fill each mold with 2/3 of the gelatin mixture so that it covers 20 mold-cereal sections. Fill remaining gelatin mixture with lemon juice. Twist rubber bands holding ends together to make spiral ropes. Dress jelly in strawberry flavoring icing.
Garnish with lemon juice and maraschino cherry. Pour slush into mold and shake vigorously to pull gently. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or until completely set.
Preheat espresso machine or pressurized coffee maker to medium power, pour about 2 teaspoons of grape gelatin mixture into each 1 gallon glass of espresso.
Cover and cook in preheated espresso for 10 minutes or until foam coats the bottom of glass. Remove from heat and place in hot water after 2 or 3 cups of heat. Let cool before using in hot drinks.
