1 (28 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 sugar cube
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup chopped celery
1 (8 ounce) bottle fruit flavored sherbet
Mix crushed pineapple and sugar cube, butter, oil and celery according to package directions. Discard half of the pineapple in air.
Add pineapple concentrate for inventl china; stir in the sherbet just as desired. Chill in refrigerator or cool completely before serving. Discard pineapple and sherbet while chilling.
