28 chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 large onion, sliced
2 large carrots, sliced
1 cup kalamata olives, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
1 cup cooked chicken
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; add onion, carrots, olives and yellow mustard. Cook until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes.
In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat olive mixture. Add Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, sherry vinegar, chicken, and toss to coat. Cook, stirring, until juices run clear, about 5 minutes.
