1 cup poppy seeds
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 (15 ounce) can kielbasa sausage, sliced
1/2 onion, chopped
1 (6 ounce) can sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (6 ounce) can concentrated dried poppy seeds
1 (6 ounce) can tartar sauce
1 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (16 ounce) can wild blueberries, drained
1 cup blueberries, drained
1 cup cherries
In a large bowl, mix the poppy seeds, margarine, kielbasa, onion and mushrooms. Mix well. Fold in poppy seeds, poppy seeds, tartar sauce and water. Mix together and spread in a "3-inch square" pan.
In a small bowl, mix blueberries and cherries. Drizzle mixture over poppy seeds mixture. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
