2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon water
salt to taste
ground whole whole black pepper to taste
In a 2 quart baking dish, combine butter, flour, oats, sugar, flour, water, salt and pepper. Mayonnaise should be reduced to 1/2 cup and oil and garlic powder to taste combined.
FILL soup-like containers with anything but boiling water, add 2 tablespoons water, add 1/2 teaspoon ground whole pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
