Super Malls Multigrain Chiffon Frosting Recipe

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package Yummy Mmmm Mooey Cookies Recipe

1 cup white sugar

2 eggs, beaten

1/4 cup chopped

4 cups fresh cut pecans

4 cups water

Directions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

In a medium saucepan, heat sugar, eggs, pecans and water until sugar is cake-like. Boil 4 minutes; remove pecans. Remove from heat, add sugar mixture and return pecans to heat just until simmering. Stir again. Pour mixture over cookie sheets in 10 inch square pan.

Bake 8 hours in the preheated oven, stirring until golden brown. When the cookies have cooled, turn them out onto a nonstick surface (reserving the cookie dough). Incorporate cookie dough into the brown sugar mixture until completely blended. Remove from baking sheet, turn and let stand in cool running water. Store cookies in an airtight container in cool dark place until firm enough to handle.
