1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup fresh lemon juice
4 eggs
2 tablespoons liquid smoke flavoring
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Mix together onion, lemon juice, eggs and liquid smoke and bring to a boil.
Add chicken, browning well on both sides.
Pour browned chicken into skillet, and melt butter while stirring. Drizzle over chicken.
Cover chicken and simmer 30 minutes in oil, stirring occasionally. Remove chicken, and remove warm oil.
Stir garlic powder into skillet, and cook 5 to 6 minutes until liquid is no longer percolating.
Remove sauce from pan, leaving plenty of sauce in pan. Add parsley, salt and pepper to skillet. Mix well and continue cooking, stirring, until liquid begins to stream back. Sprinkle with
