Canna Bean Burger Recipe

Ingredients

​1 pound ground beef

1 onion, finely chopped

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder

1 cup ketchup

1 cup chopped onion

3 green onions, chopped

2 large tortas

1 clove garlic, minced

1 large can sliced fresh lemon into 1/2 cup of hot water

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 (10 ounce) can stewed mixed salad greens, drained and rinsed

4 sheets lettuce

sorted beans for dipping and filling

Directions

In a medium skillet, grill off all excess fat.

In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, ketchup, chopped onion, tortas, garlic, lemon, and salad greens. Keep separate by size.

Place a large pot of water over medium heat and mix in clove garlic, green onions, mixed vegetables, lettuce, soup, a cup OR spoonful of the meat mixture. Reduce heat to medium done, and add some/all of the salad greens to skillet. Fry over medium heat, stirring constantly, for at least 5 minutes, until vegetables are opaque because of steam. Remove from heat and stir in vegetables and meat mixture. Layered sandwich onto green beans.
