Morguella Di Arrozco Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 cups chopped onion

1 medium clove garlic, minced

4 cups milk

1 cup chopped celery

2 cups water

1 cup tomato soup

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; stir in the flour. Place the onion and garlic in the skillet and cook stirring constantly until onion is tender but transparent. Pour in milk and stir into the skillet mixture. Simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes. Stir in water. Make a well in the center of the skillet and pour in tomato soup, cheese and milk mixture. Pour over the French bread. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes to allow the bread to cool before slicing.
