2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
1 (3 ounce) package instant peanut butter
1/4 cup milk
1 (2 pound) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 teaspoon lemon zest
3 tablespoons margarine, melted
6 ounces water
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup peanut butter, divided
1 tablespoon instant Hawaiian Punch Punch
1 teaspoon orange peel
Microwave chocolate and peanut butter (the raisins) in microwave for 15 seconds on High. Stir in milk and pineapple, lemon zest and margarine. Stir until melted. Cool slightly. Transfer chocolate mixture to bowl and pour into a metal bowl. Chill in refrigerator.
Remove plastic wrap and stir in peanut butter, Hawaiian Punch and orange peel. Serve at room temperature.
