Apple Lemon Parfait Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup orange juice

3 dashes lemon zest

1 (8 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate

1 (8 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate

1/3 cup lemon zest

1 1/2 cups lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

Directions

In a large glass or metal bowl, combine orange juice, lemon zest, lemonade concentrate, lemon zest and orange juice. Shake vigorously and serve immediately.

Lime rind isn't for everyone, and I didn't think it was needed. I would have to imagine people would overlook that part because it isn't on the requirements list (it should be fairly easy to make--just use oven ready raspberries and strawberries). Still, after reading the ingredients, I'd say this isn't for everyone. Rennet, patchouli, lemon zest, garlic powder. I'd also add an extra clove of minced garlic. Cant wait to try the chutney again...
