2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (15 ounce) can dried mixed fruit
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped banana
1/4 cup chopped dates
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch pie pan.
In a large bowl, cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Beat in pudding mix and pecans. Beat in bananas and dates.
Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before serving.
