1 (12 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons milk
3 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese spread
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chile peppers, drained
1 (10 ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven broiler.
Pour cake mix into a large bowl. Mix together cream cheese, milk and cream cheese spread; pour mixture into an ungreased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Spray foil with cooking spray; brush melted cheese over cooled cake.
Spread cream cheese frosting over cooled cake. Arrange cheese over cream cheese frosting. Freeze until firm. Serve immediately.
