1 pound pork loin roast
1 cup water
1 onion, chopped
1 (12 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
ground black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon white sugar
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 cup hot water
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 tablespoon curry powder
In a medium saucepan, bring water, onion, tomatoes, oil, garlic, salt and black pepper to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Mix in sugar, brown sugar, hot water, milk, sugar, curry powder and sugar. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
The mixture should be thick. Cut into cubes; serve.
