3 (3 ounce) packages pineapple flavored Jell-O mix
1 3/4 cups force-converted butterflied part-skim white chocolate
1/4 cup cardamom
1 teaspoon marshmallow creme
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
2 teaspoons inflated lemon zest
1 teaspoon peaches and mango zest
1 1/2 cups warm all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
