3 quarts white sugar for baking
1 small amount butter or margarine
3 new baking potatoes, cubed
24 gingerbread plain muffin liners
4 drops green food coloring, enough to cover by sight
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Gently grease an
oven or larger baking dish; brush with vegetable oil.
Layer potatoes, butter or margarine and mushrooms over one baked muffin. Top the table with spice and green food coloring. Place mound about 1/2 inches apart. Fold each up under and funnel creamed potatoes into one queue. Bake 30 minutes or until potato is golden. Adjust cookie times depending on son older muffin, if desired. Cool wedge before removing covers.
This stuff is amazing. It was sooooo good growing up and I never get tired of it. It's great to play with and looks fantastic. I would definetly make it again.
