1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons potato starch
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup crushed cornflakes cereal
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Place chicken in a large resealable plastic bag. Select the sealable plastic bag with the chicken, and shake to flatten. Place the rest of the chicken in the plastic bag, seal, and shake.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine soy sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, potato starch, onion powder, cornflakes cereal, cheese, red pepper and carrot. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes.
