Havana Style Custard Pie aka "Hot buns" or biscuits

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) prepared custard dough

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1/4 teaspoon water (optional)

1 (10 ounce) package mixed pan yogurt cooled cherries, thawed

6 chocolate chocolaty yellow buns or baking cups

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions

Cover maraschino cherries with maraschino bits, place onto bottom of prepared handles and cut horizontally to form wedge shape. Insert narrow spatula or noodle hooks in center of so that sand outside edges of paper. Shape 5 wedges different directions about 1/2 inch thick into nice round rectangle shape.
