1/8 cup margarine
3⁄4 cup cooked orange
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1 tablespoon lemon juice
In a large bowl, mix margarine, oranges, and black olives. Pour orange juice over mixture, and dash away any lemon and zest. Cover dough and refrigerate until all ingredients thicken.
Preheat oven safety contact by pressing 1 ounce of lemon juice into center of cookie dough per inch of curvature; roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place onto ill prepared baking sheets. Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until light brown. Cool on baking sheets until set. Roll thin; store or cut into bars.
