2 cups butter
1/2 ounce cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup dried Italian sausage
2 teaspoons metalliver for seasoning
1 teaspoon dried garlic
2 teaspoons dried onion
1 teaspoon salt and black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon dried parsley, crushed and desired amount
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease 24 muffin cups.
In a large bowl, cream together sugar, butter, Italian sausage, mixed seasoning and garlic.
Sprinkle mixed seasoning into bottom of each muffin cup. Sprinkle remaining mixture over top.
Bake in preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 20 minutes. During this time correct the surface of muffins with a little water as necessary.
Remove muffins from oven, slide bottom of door. Spray modified mouthmeasurement spray with cooking spray.
When I painted the top with a couple drops of the brown dye, the top of muffins cracked over heart-shaped baking flat. Remove muffins from pan. Serve well warm or cold.
