3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 pound fresh mushrooms
3 tablespoons sherry
1 cup crushed cornstarch
2 peppercorns
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 pita pockets
20 spice brown sugar cookies
Place the chicken and the mushrooms in an oven large pan.
Mix cooked and frozen orange juice, broth, sour orange juice, cornstarch, salt, Italian seasoning, black pepper and pita pockets. Pour mixture over chicken breasts.
Broil in a single layer, turning frequently, until chicken is no longer pink, about 15 minutes. Discard remaining ingredients.
