2 1/4 cups margarine, softened
1 cup water
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (10 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (8 ounce) package yellow cake mix
8 chocolate miscellaneous hearts
1 (8 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheet or line with parchment paper. Place margarine in a large saucepan and bring to a low boil. When the margarine is boiling, stir in water and sugar. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Stir in egg, vanilla, pineapple, cake mix, and pudding mix. Place batter in the pan. Beat with electric mixer for 90 seconds.
Spread the margarine mixture evenly over the whole bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out wet. Cool completely on the baking sheet.
