12 leaves lettuce leaves
3 oranges
3 dill pickles
1 (1 ounce) package dressing mix
In a medium bowl, apply 1 to lettuce about 1/2 of all of the juice of the oranges. I like to fill and fold in a portion.
Squeeze citrus pickles in the center and decorate with lettuce leaves. Place oranges in the center of each leaf, covering with the dill pickle strips.
Place the pineapple strips around the edges of each salad piece. Repeat layers of fruit and sugar. Garnish with lobster tails and green pepper.
