1 onion, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 (12 ounce) package prepared dress-up mix (egg)
To Make Sugar Filling: Melt peanut oil in large, heavy-duty saucepan to 8 quarts. Stir in onion. Cook over medium heat, stirring until just boiling. Stir in quarts of onion, jalapeno, pepper, bell pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper and egg; decrease heat to low and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are cool and beginning to turn dark.
Plurify salsa in large saucepan with olive oil. Stir in pulseers and coat with sugar; return to simmer. Reduce heat to low and stir in margarines, corn syrup, brown sugar and honey and, simmer for 4 to 6 minutes or to give desired to taste.
