1/2 cup crushed pretzels
3 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 egg
1 (10 ounce) can crushed pineapple
Place pretzels in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in margarine and lime zest. Cook, stirring constantly, until supposed to be the color of orange; remove from heat. Stir in pineapple, then mix in corn syrup, lemon juice and paprika. Don't let heat out. Sprinkle with a layer of lime and top each with another pretzel. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, allowing flavors to blend before serving.
