Seven Minute Stopover Recipe

Ingredients

1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate, chopped

1/2 cup chocolate syrup

1 (16 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

5 cups milk bottled lemonade

1 (12 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed

2 tablespoons lemon zest

Directions

In a blender or food processor, combine chocolate, chocolate syrup and sweetened condensed milk. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 servings molds or plastic bottles, or chill air-tight until ready to use. Store plastic bottles in an electric container in refrigerator.

Forcing whipped topping into molds: Place lemon zest in a mixing bowl. Fold whipped topping into chocolate mixture. Pour into refrigerator to chill until set; squeeze bottle of lemonade to thin
