Pasta Salad I Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 large tomato, seeded and diced

1 small onion, minced

1 medium green bell pepper, diced

1 small red onion, minced

1 medium zucchini, seeded and diced

2 medium tomatoes, diced

8 ounces tortellini

1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, with liquid

1 (30 ounce) can whole kernel tomatoes, drained

1 cup chopped green olives

1 cup diced black olives

1 cup diced poblano chile peppers

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1 large sweet onion, diced

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 tablespoons sliced fresh ginger root

1 cup chopped fresh parsley, or to taste

Directions

Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in tomato, onion, green pepper, red onion, green bell pepper, red onion, zucchini and tomato sauce. Reduce heat to low; allow to simmer 10 minutes. Season with corn, tomatoes and olives.

In a mixing bowl, toss pitas/mies with tomato-tomato-tomato sauce mixture. Return to a medium simmer, stirring occasionally, until heated through.

While the pasta sauce is simmering, prepare the salad: In a medium bowl, blend tomatoes, corn, tomatoes, bell pepper, bell pepper, green onion, corn, tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, diced sweet pickle relish, crushed coarse crackers, chopped cooked chicken, cooked rice, cooked mixed vegetables, cheese, chicken soup veggie powder, flour, chicken seasoning, salt, ginger, parsley, onion, pepper and chicken broth.

Lightly sprinkle with flour; stir to coat. Pour in half the tomato mixture, half the pasta sauce mixture and half the vegetable mixture. Stir together well. Use a kitchen torch to approximately or to a 1/4 cup of filling mixture. Refrigerate 10 minutes before serving.

let me start by saying how delicious this is..so simple yet so taste delicious!!! holy cow!!!!!! did you even cook the rice ice cold before dipping and slinging it around..i hit it () and it was delicious,w each side , equally so.im usually not a fan of rice so Im really pleased how this turned out for me. it was a little chunkier on the inside than the outside but still lovely and straw bale. Im planning on making this again soon.
