1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 lemon, juiced
1 (16 ounce) can sesame seeds
2 teaspoons sesame oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Heat oil in shallow dish or bowl in microwave to about 1 minute, until it is hot. Add chicken and brown lightly. Add lemon juice and sesame seeds and mix together. Add sesame oil and stir. Transfer chicken to a 9x13 inch dish.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes, uncovered 15 minutes.
Remove chicken from oven and sprinkle with sesame oil. Remove covers and baking pan. Brush chicken with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sesame oil. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, uncovered for 10 minutes.
Remove chicken from oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sesame oil, then bake uncovered in preheated oven 25 minutes.
Remove rack from oven and rack until cool, about 15 minutes. Return chicken to oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sesame oil. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, uncovered for 10 minutes. Remove rack from oven and bake uncovered 15 minutes, uncovered for 5 minutes.
